http://www.elysianboats.co.uk/ not really an owners club, but there is a site for owners.

We tried to join the register and the owners club and found them really uninterested and never sent us info or returned our calls.

That's funny, the person who runs the club posts on the Norfolk broads forum, and he seems pretty keen, and knows his stuff.
