Hello everybody just a few words of introduction (new to posting & boat owning) Wife and I had been searching for our first craft since march. We started off looking for something with a nice open cockpit (vision of glass of wine sunny evening sort of thing) In october we found it a Colvic 28 with "aft cabin" funny old world.Being new boat owners we will not be much use for advice only daft questions hope can put up with us? Our boat is moored on the river Great Ouse which we have never cruised before, so first boat, first river and first post. Our first introduction to cruising was 2 weeks on the Caladonion canal nearly 30 years ago (what a experiance) took kids back since they loved it.Wish the site all the success and will keep posting.
