New Landmark on the Trent at Nottingham

New Landmark on the Trent at Nottingham

This residential development is nearing completion now. It is situated on the Trent next to the Park Yacht Club at Sneinton/Colwick. Alleged cost of this development is £50m, and the top floor Penthouse suites are, again alleged, to be for sale at £1.5m each. There will apparently be moorings available in front of the building. So it's going to be full of gin palaces before long, probably.

It is impressive though, and the views will be fantastic from the top suites, out over the Trent Valley and Vale of Belvoir.

Its called "River Crescent"

I work at the back of there.

There are wind turbines on the rear of the building.
