3 way fridge

3 way fridge

Postby Adam on Mon Oct 29, 2007 7:17 pm

There is a gap in the worktops where a fridge was obviously located. I would like a 3 way fridge as the boats batterys and 240v supply is limited. New or second hand doesn't matter.

Watch out Adam The old 3 way fridges won't get through a BSC exam thats probably why the one on yours was taken out.
They have to be room sealed and they will cost you an arm and a leg :(

Ours is a gas fired fridge. can't remeber if it does electric too.
I'll keep a look out as my uncle breaks caravans in yorkshire so he may have one.

IIRC the old open burner type gas fridges are banned in petrol boats, but are OK in those with diesels.

You can get round this tho, by fitting a flame trap
